The Boreal DTVM S.A. had origin in 2003, as successor of Banco Boreal de Investimentos S.A.. This transformation was carried through to adjust its structure in accordance with the objectives of the company.

Constituting the financial arm of the Grupo Libra, the Boreal DTVM S.A. act exclusively for the attendance of the companies and its shareholders. 

The Boreal DTVM S.A. main activities are the administration and management of investment fund, administration of portfolios, studies of participation and projects analyses.
